Política de Gestión Integrada
En CABANA PARTNERS, S.L. (en adelante, CABANA & BANANA), desarrollamos nuestra actividad en:
- Servicios de Arquitectura Técnica
- Gestión y provisión de servicios llave en mano de equipamiento infantil
Nuestra organización opera bajo las marcas CABANA y BANANA, orientando su actividad a la satisfacción del cliente, la seguridad de los usuarios y el respeto al medio ambiente.
La Dirección asume los siguientes compromisos:
1. Enfoque al cliente y calidad (ISO 9001)
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y de otros requisitos aplicables
- Asegurar la correcta planificación, control y ejecución de nuestros servicios
- Proporcionar soluciones técnicas seguras, funcionales y adaptadas a cada proyecto
- Mejorar continuamente la eficacia del sistema de gestión
2. Seguridad en áreas de juego (UNE-EN 1176-7)
- Garantizar que la instalación, inspección y mantenimiento de áreas de juego se realiza conforme a la UNE-EN 1176 y UNE-EN 1177
- Implantar un sistema de mantenimiento basado en la UNE-EN 1176-7, asegurando:
- Inspecciones periódicas (visual, operativa y principal)
- Detección y control de riesgos para los usuarios
- Registro y trazabilidad de incidencias y actuaciones
- Asegurar la competencia técnica del personal implicado en estas actividades
3. Protección del medio ambiente (ISO 14001)
- Proteger el entorno mediante la prevención de la contaminación
- Controlar los impactos ambientales derivados de nuestra actividad, especialmente:
- consumo de recursos
- generación de residuos
- emisiones asociadas a servicios y proyectos
- Promover el uso eficiente de materiales y recursos en nuestros proyectos
- Integrar criterios ambientales en la toma de decisiones
- Asimismo, la organización considera el impacto del cambio climático en el desarrollo de sus actividades, comprometiéndose a integrar criterios de sostenibilidad y eficiencia en el diseño, planificación y ejecución de sus servicios, contribuyendo a la mitigación de sus efectos en la medida de lo posible.
4. Cumplimiento legal y normativo
- Cumplir con la legislación aplicable y otros requisitos suscritos
- Mantener actualizada la normativa aplicable, incluyendo:
- normativa técnica de áreas de juego (UNE-EN 1176 / 1177)

- Garantizar que el personal dispone de la formación y cualificación necesarias
- Fomentar la participación y concienciación en calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente
- Promover la mejora continua a través del conocimiento técnico y la experiencia

- Evaluar periódicamente el desempeño del sistema
- Establecer objetivos medibles
- Revisar procesos y resultados para mejorar la calidad del servicio, la seguridad de los usuarios y el comportamiento ambiental

What data we process and why
- Contact form (project request): type of space, project stage and timing, city and size, the idea you tell us about, name, company, email, phone and how you heard about us. Along with it we store the language, the page you write from, the landing page and the source of the visit (for example, a campaign), and the IP address and browser it is sent from, for security. We use them to answer your request, prepare a proposal and keep in touch about your project.
- Protection against automated submissions: to stop spam, the form checks the submission time and the email domain, and counts submissions from each connection with an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that deletes itself within 24 hours at most.
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: if you write to us or call us through these channels, we use the data you give us to help you.
- Web analytics: only if you accept it in the cookie notice, we measure visits statistically with Google Analytics. More details in the cookie policy.
Legal basis
The consent you give us when you send the form or write to us, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (studying your project and sending you a proposal). Spam protection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. For analytics, your consent in the cookie notice, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep them
For as long as the relationship or the handling of your request lasts and, afterwards, for the periods needed to deal with any legal liabilities. If we do not end up working together, we delete your request when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: website hosting (OVH, with servers in the European Union), the email service we receive requests with (Webempresa, in Spain) and, only if you accept analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing and its portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hi@bananabycabana.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access or loss.
